The mission of Fort Saskatchewan Rebels Lacrosse is to develop the individual skills of each and every player so as to create team success and build the sport in our City. Rebels Lacrosse realizes that we make a difference in the lives of our players each day of each season and that this imprint is attained in an environment of trust and respect. We strive to establish and enhance positive attitudes, work ethics, and self-concepts through the sport of box lacrosse to empower our players with attributes to live long, happy, and healthy lives.

Fort Saskatchewan Rebels Lacrosse operates under five guiding principles:

Box Lacrosse is a fast and exciting sport that our youth thoroughly enjoy playing.
All players, coaches, referees and volunteers deserve to be treated with respect and dignity.
All players will be developed to their fullest potential to foster a greater appreciation and love for the game.
All teams at their respective levels will be designed with parity.
All decisions must always be made in the best interest of our players.
